Well said. But there is also the pleasure or comfort of being in the waiting place, which can blunt the anxiety or regret of it. Is there an Ozempic for the 'waiting-mind virus' ?

P.S. I find that AI can simply repeat a bunch of content from its prior answers in an attempt to be insightful, whereas real people might go directly into the crux of the matter without "padding" the dialogue.

There are surely good things that come from "waiting," but I don't think that's what Dr. Seuss' "Waiting Place" is all about ("that's not for you!"). The passage pre-supposes that you don't want to be stuck, but are.

Yeah, there's not a lot you can do to control the NotebookLM output, except to say "make it shorter." I tried to prompt them with "give me examples from your own life," and they do add a few dribs and drabs, but not very deep.
