I would say personal or time management will be more important in such a world, if you want to actually produce something with an enjoyable 'process'. Most employed people by default are managed to some degree, and it will ironically take more discipline in a "process" world. I'm reminded of the movie Wall-E, where people lie around all day, being served perpetually as if on a 365-day resort. I wonder if most would take the path of least resistance.

Funny how Star Trek keeps 'boldly going' into our lives - from its inception in the 60's to now. We almost have the ship's computer down; now we're working on the holodeck. Some think we're already in a simulation.
